The Crown at Pantygelli offers a selection of first class meals which are freshly cooked and served throughout the premises, including our fine patio and terrace in the warmer weather.
Such is the popularity of the food that at weekends you would be well advised to phone and reserve a table a few days in advance.
Wherever possible we insist on local Welsh produce including Welsh Black Beef, Welsh Lamb, Free Range Chicken and Pork. We try and satisfy both those wanting traditional wholesome food and also those who like to explore the world of food.
Our Head Chef, Gary Nugent, has become very well-known both locally, and further afield, for his creative and delicious menus. He is pictured here, in the Market Hall, demonstrating his skills at the recently held Abergavenny Food Festival.
