‘ALL AT SEA’……
…A ‘fishy’ evening in celebration of the fruits of the sea, prepared by our team of chefs, led by Gary Nugent. A six-course meal will be served, each dish accompanied by an appropriate wine. Richard Ballantyne, our wine merchant, of ‘Ballantyne’s, Cardiff will be visiting each table to talk about the wines and their suitability to the food, with other suggestions to suit different occasions and palates.
